Signature Dish

WA’s best known cooking competition is back with a twist, as four of WA’s leading media, lifestyle and sporting personalities compete to have their dish crowned WA’s Celebrity Signature Dish for 2017.  Presented by Buy West Eat Best, each contestant will represent one of the State’s four major food producing regions: Southern Forests, Kimberley, Peel and Swan Valley.

The contestants will prepare and cook a dish that represents the flavours of our State on a plate using the best of WA produce, and compete in a 60 minute cook-off to be held on Centre Stage at the 2017 WA Day Festival at Elizabeth Quay on Sunday, 4 June.

I’m proud to be working with the Southern Forests team during this competition, so we already know who’s going to win 😉
