NOM NOM: Leederville’s Food, Wine & Music Festival Returns for 2026

Returning from Thursday 2 July – Sunday 9 August 2026, NOM NOM: Leederville’s Food, Wine & Music Festival is back to transform the suburb into a six-week celebration of food, wine, music and winter indulgence.

Following strong growth over the past few years, NOM NOM 2026 will once again bring together Leederville’s best venues, chefs, winemakers, entertainers and creatives for an expansive program of long lunches, collaborative dinners, interactive workshops, boozy brunches, cocktail trails, nostalgic party nights and one-off culinary events.

Presented by The Leederville Precinct, the team behind Servo, The Garden and The Leederville Hotel – the festival has become Perth’s answer to winter hibernation; a city-wide excuse to leave the house, romanticise your life and spend six weeks eating and drinking your way through Leederville.

“Perth’s relationship with winter has changed over the last few years,” says Max Knezevich, General Manager of The Leederville Precinct. “People don’t want to wait for summer anymore. They’re looking for experiences, atmosphere and social connection year-round. NOM NOM has become a fun outlet for that.”

This year’s program blends elevated dining with playful escapism, featuring everything from mozzarella-stretching workshops and wine-fuelled long lunches to progressive cocktail trails, South African braais, themed pub takeovers and immersive dining experiences.

Festival highlights include:

  • Oyster Shucking with Jerry Fraser: Join Perth’s Oyster King Jerry Fraser for a hands-on afternoon where the sea meets your skill.
  • Croatian Nights: escape to the Adriatic without leaving Perth, with a feast of Croatian flavours, flowing wine and old-world hospitality.
  • Leeuwin Estate Luncheon: Indulge in a luxurious five-course dinner featuring exclusive pairings with Leeuwin Estate’s prestigious Art Series wines.
  • Stretch & Sip: a hands-on mozzarella-making workshop paired with plenty of wine and very little dignity.
  • Dine & Dash: Stroll your way through a progressive dinner party at some of Leederville’s favourite venues – Powell’s, The Garden and Messina.

While food remains firmly at the centre of the festival, NOM NOM has evolved into something much bigger – a social calendar built around atmosphere, connection and experience.

Designed to encourage repeat visitation across the full six weeks, the program balances one-night-only hero events with recurring weekly favourites, giving locals plenty of reasons to keep coming back for another round.
