Claremont Quarter’s newly launched Laneway precinct is elevating the Centre’s hospitality offering, with a full complement of operators now open and bringing renewed energy and amenity to the heart of Claremont.
Following a significant revitalisation that began in early 2025, the Laneway has been reimagined as a welcoming hub for the community, marking an important milestone in Claremont Quarter’s evolution.

Doug Addis, Claremont Quarter’s General Manager, said the completion of the Laneway represents the first step in delivering Hawaiian’s broader vision to strengthen the Centre’s role as a leading destination for shopping, hospitality, community events and experiences.
“We know our community values vibrancy, connection and quality experiences, and we’re creating spaces that reflect exactly that. The Laneway enhances the Centre through improved connectivity, considered design and fresh greenery, creating a setting that feels relaxed and contemporary,” said Mr Addis.

“Working closely with our hospitality partners, we’ve brought together a mix that balances local favourites with fresh energy. The result is a precinct that offers variety and quality in equal measure.
“The revitalisation of the Laneway strengthens our commitment to fostering a thriving retail and hospitality environment well into the future. We’re proud to deliver a space that supports both our operators and the broader community,” added Mr Addis.

The Laneway is home to:
- Grill’d: burgers suited to families and casual meals
- Izakaya Gin: elevated Japanese cuisine inspired by street food heritage
- Bellissimo: Italian classics from pizza and pasta to spritzes
- Chilli Jam: Thai favourites from the team behind Bangkok Brothers, Six Senses and Spice Market
- Yo-Chi: self-serve frozen yoghurt

To celebrate the completion of the precinct, participating venues will offer exclusive deals every Friday to Sunday throughout March, including two-for-one pizzas, complimentary spritzes, free desserts and kids-eat-free menus.
The Laneway is now open at Claremont Quarter. For more information, please visit the website here.
