The Fraser’s Group is expanding their operations to include outside catering and combines their iconic Perth venues in a new business, Fraser’s Events & Catering. The new venture will take the Fraser’s Restaurant experience to outside locations for events of all sizes, such as weddings, corporate functions and private parties.

Yesterday I was invited into the Fraser’s kitchen to watch their chefs – and a few guests – prepare some of the dishes from the catering menu, including Turkish bread & dips, king prawn & snake bean salad, marron with chilli jam and soft shell crab steam buns.

Afterwards, we were treated to a behind-the-scenes tour by Fraser’s Managing Director and Executive Chef Chris Taylor.
