Tonight’s dinner was courtesy of C Si Bon Gourmet, a Perth-based supplier of gourmet frozen meals that delivers direct to your door. … We tried the Mauritian Rougaille, a dish of spicy sausages slow cooked with vine ripened tomatoes, and potato gratin layered with garlic, cream and cheese (plus our own peas!) … Both of these dishes came out of the freezer, into the oven and onto the table within 30 minutes. Quick, easy and delicious! ?
