I started the weekend with breakfast at Addison & Steele in North Perth, andย this greatย long macchiato (my new drink of choice since my stomachย can handle milk again!)
Food-wise I had slow cooked eggs on sourdough with added chorizo ($17) which was nicely cooked and quite enjoyable. Next time I’ll be trying the pulled pork on brioche with Asian slaw ($15.50) or Wade’s crumpets with poached peaches, berry compote, banana, passionfruit & creme fraiche ($13.50). Theyย also have a good selection of pastries and bagels available, so there should be something for everyone.
Of course it’s all mostly aboutย the coffee, which is damn good – oneย thing I’ve noticed is that the service can be a bit slow, but if you’re not in a huge hurry that shouldn’t be a problem.
